Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to take up HOUSE                                                                
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27, which had been held on the                                                                        
Secretary's desk (page 2662). Without objection, the resolution was

NO. 27 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                                              
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 214,                                                                
relating to hunting licenses and tags for nonresident members of the                                                            
military service or the United States Coast Guard and their
